What We're Looking For 3 years of project management experience, ideally in paving or construction. Solid understanding of paving processes (asphalt/concrete experience is a bonus). Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and wow customers. Comfortable using project management tools. Strong focus on the details of the project. Valid driver's license to be on various job sites throughout the day. What You'll Do Lead paving projects from start to finish, ensuring they're on time, on budget, and top-notch. Work closely with customers, crews, and vendors to plan and execute projects smoothly. Keep projects on track by managing schedules, budgets, and resources. Ensure safety and quality standards are met at every step. Solve problems quickly and keep everyone in the loop with clear communication. Strong reporting and communication skills with sales team.
