Asphalt Laborer - ISTC Required Location: Beaumont, TX Job Description: We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Asphalt Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the preparation, pouring, and finishing of asphalt for various construction and paving projects. Candidates must have a current ISTC card and be ready to work in outdoor conditions as part of a fast-paced crew. Key Responsibilities: Assist with laying, spreading, and compacting asphalt Operate hand tools and small equipment as needed Clean and prepare job sites before and after projects Follow safety protocols and work as part of a team Lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods Requirements: Valid ISTC card (must be current) Previous experience with asphalt or general labor preferred Ability to work in outdoor environments and various weather conditions Strong work ethic and dependability Must have reliable transportation
