Evaluate and qualify vendors and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project requirements and quality standards. Analyze and compile data affecting costs, including labor rates, materials, equipment, and location factors, to produce precise and timely estimates. Negotiate contracts and manage project-related portals and documentation. Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining high standards of organization and time management. Review project scope, specifications, and potential risk factors to determine bid feasibility. Oversee special assignments and provide support for strategic initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or Project Management (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of construction industry experience with proven project management capability. Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex project documents and specifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members.
