H. E. Neumann, a leading provider of Commercial,Residential, and Industrial Mechanical Contracting services, is seeking a HVACService Technician to join our growing team operating out of our Wheeling, WVlocation!
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, mini splits, VRFs, boilers, chillers, and large tonnage split systems
Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Accurately complete service tickets and communicate findings to the office and customer.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations.
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service calls (as applicable).
Qualifications:
Commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
EPA Universal Certification required.
Strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
