Responsibilities:
As a part of a high-performing team, CACIs Project Supervisors work with Lead Project Managers and Project Managers to serve as a supervisor over portions of a case for the Department of Justice (DOJ). You may be responsible for a small team of Document Management Analysts and Document Management Technicians assigned to specific tasks for these cases. Additional responsibilities include:

You will receive significant task management and supervisory experience through the oversight of your team and in their delivery of quality work within strict deadlines in support of the DOJs mission.
Work as a part of the team under the direction of the Project Manager. For huge cases, may be directly responsible for all work in a central task area. For example, on a case involving document discovery of millions of pages, a Project Supervisor may be responsible for all document discovery/document collection activities for the case.
For a case involving an out-of-town trial, a Project Supervisor may be the individual in charge of the out-of-town trial support center. Alternatively, may assist several Project Managers on multiple minor cases simultaneously. For example, the Project Supervisor may be responsible for oversight of responsive/privilege review in one case, while simultaneously overseeing production of witness binders in another.
Requires direct supervision of a variety of Contractor staff, including clerical staff and first-line supervisors.
May require frequent contact with DOJ Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, etc., as well as with other Contractor components.

Qualifications:
Required:
At least two years of progressively more responsible experience on central litigation support projects, including at least one year of supervisory experience, with proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.
Demonstrated experience working in eDiscovery document review platforms such as Relativity, Clearwell, iCONECT, Casepoint, Everlaw, etc.
Demonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate numerous complex and 􀀁mission-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing support and eDiscovery activities.
Requires in-depth knowledge of litigation support; excellent writing skills; and excellent oral communication skills.
Must be able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing needs.
Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's data processing environment where the work is performed, including PC-based and virtual environments.
Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources required. Should be an expert user of the Government's oce and network environment, including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.
Familiarity with Electronically Stored Informa􀀁on (ESI) tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources required.
Undergraduate degree required. Law degree, technical certificate, or other permanent graduate degree preferred.
Paralegal experience helpful.
Substantial signicant experience may in some cases be substituted for a degree requirement.

Desired:

Certification(s) in Relativity, ACEDS, and other eDiscovery related technical certifications.

Trial support experience.

Professional, can-do attitude.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
