Silverpeak Engineering is seeking a talented, detail-oriented project manager level Architect to join our team working on a variety of commercial, educational, residential, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and project management skills and will bring the ability to represent the firm and lead the production of projects through all phases of design and construction.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the design team in solving the detailed needs of a design
  • Consult with clients to determine their functional and spatial requirements
  • Attending client meetings and leading day-to-day consultant coordination
  • Developing and directing project detailing and specifications documents
  • Direct the activities of skilled drafters and structural/mechanical/electrical engineers engaged in producing drawings and specification documents
  • Direct efforts with the team regarding construction administration team, identifying potential issues and assisting with the resolution
  • Driving technical quality in construction documents during all phases of a project
  • Organizing project tasks and managing timelines to ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications
  • College Degree
  • Licensed or unlicensed project architect with commercial experience
  • 3+ years of architectural project management experience in technical design and detailing of commercial construction projects
  • Exceptional in communication, design, and presentation
  • Proven ability in coordinating design documents for construction
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
  • Working knowledge of building codes and other design codes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable interacting with clients
  • Must be self-directed, motivated, and detail-oriented

Salary

$70k - $110k annually, depending on experience
