Element Coatings is growing fast and looking for motivated individuals to join our painting crew! Whether you're experienced or just getting started, we provide a supportive environment where you can learn the trade, grow your skills, and take pride in your work.

We specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial painting with occasional light carpentry and specialty coatings. Every day is different, and youll never be stuck in one place doing the same thing.

What Were Looking For:

• Full-time or part-time availability
• Reliable transportation (car or truck is fine)
• Comfortable using ladders (up to 32 ft)
• Can lift 60 lbs as needed
• Good attitude, willing to learn, team player
• Can show up on time and ready to work
• Able to maintain a clean and safe job site
• Basic hand tools preferred (well supply the rest)

Schedule:

Most work is Monday through Friday, 8am4pm, with occasional weekend jobs depending on demand. We try to keep things consistent and respect your time.

Pay:

Based on experience and hustle. Entry-level starts competitively, and we give raises often for hard work, good attitude, and reliability.

Position Responsibilities:

• Prep work : Masking, sanding, caulking, patchinggetting surfaces ready to look their best
• Paint application : Brush, roll, or spray depending on the project
• Keep it clean : Maintain a tidy, organized job site every day
• Material handling : Load and unload paint, tools, and equipment as needed
• Ladder safety : Set up and move ladders (up to 32 ft) safely and confidently
• Teamwork : Communicate clearly, follow direction, and work smoothly with your crew
• Professionalism : Respect our clients' properties and represent Element Coatings with pride
• Specialty work : Assist on projects that include custom finishes, textures, or coatings well teach you!

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of painting experience preferred but not required
• (Were happy to train the right person with a good attitude and work ethic)
• Willingness to learn and work smart we value effort and productivity over a perfect resume
• Reliable transportation youll need to get yourself to job sites across Salt Lake County and nearby areas
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work safely on ladders up to 32 ft
• Basic painting knowledge (masking, prep, rolling, brushing, spraying) is a plus, but not mandatory
• Bring your own basic hand tools like brushes, a tool belt, etc. (We provide major tools and gear)
• Pride in your work strong attention to detail is a must
• Able to follow instructions , stay on task, and work well independently or with a team
• Professional attitude and appearance youre representing the Element Coatings brand on-site
