We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Flooring Installer with proven experience in installing Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), tile, hardwood, and completing demolition, floor preparation, and subfloor repairs, including self-leveling. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering top-quality craftsmanship, maintains a professional demeanor on-site, and can work independently or as part of a crew.

Responsibilities
  • Install a variety of flooring types, including:
  • Luxury Vinyl Plank (glue-down, click-lock, and loose lay)
  • Tile (porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone)
  • Hardwood (nail-down, glue-down, and floating)
  • Complete demolition of existing flooring and prep the area for new installation
  • Perform subfloor repairs and corrections, including the use of patch and self-leveling products
  • Ensure floors are installed to meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations
  • Accurately measure and cut materials to fit designated spaces
  • Follow project plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite
  • Communicate professionally with clients, project managers, and other trades
  • Ensure completion of work on time and within budget
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in flooring installation

Proficient with tools and techniques required for each flooring type

Strong knowledge of subfloor prep and self-leveling techniques

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, kneel for long periods, and work in various environments

Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

Must have own tools and equipment (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and follow blueprints, layouts, and job specs

Experience working on both residential and commercial projects

Ability to lead a small crew (optional)

Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Licensed and insured (if working as a subcontractor)
