We're looking for a PAVER construction crew leader to help take us to the next level. You will be the leader of a newly-established paver crew to work exclusively on paver patios, paver walkways, pave

Paver construction crew leaders are integral pieces to a team responsible for the execution of residential and commercial paver projects. Compensation is dependent on previous experience.

You’ll be doing these things mostly:

- Driving the progress of the job site

- Organizing the order of operations

- Operating all sorts of fun Kubota and other machinery

- Leading a team of 2 or 3 others

- Following the landscaping plans

- Using mathematics, laser levels, and precision to create perfect paver installations

- Helping team members become their best self

- Working as a team to get the job done quickly and correctly

- Working outside and smelling the fresh air of Utah

Things you’ve gotta have:

- 5+ years paver installation experience

- Ability to read landscaping plans

- Valid driver's license in the United States

- Authorized to work in the United States

- Ability to lift and carry 80 lbs.

- Be able to pass a drug test and background check

- HUGE plus if you speak/write/read Spanish and English
