We are seeking a seasoned Pega professional with approximately 10+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and take full ownership of end-to-end delivery across complex enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive the design, development, and deployment of Pega applications.
Own the full delivery lifecycle including requirement analysis, architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
Mentor junior developers and guide the team on Pega best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
~10+ years of exclusive experience in Pega PRPC development.
Strong expertise in Pega 8.x and earlier versions.
Proven track record of leading Pega implementations across multiple projects.
Deep understanding of Pega frameworks, case management, decisioning, and integrations.
Pega CSSA or LSA certification is required
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Need candidates from hitech background. Most of the candidates we are getting from Pharma sector, Insurance, Agriculture etc.
