What You’ll Build
You’ll oversee ground-up construction of:
- Multifamily Developments
- Mixed-use Projects
- Senior Living
- Student Housing
- Hospitality / Hotel Construction
What You Bring
- 5+ years of GC experience on $15M+ ground-up projects
- Background in one or more of the target sectors
- Based near or willing to travel occasionally from Kansas City
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subs, and team members
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bonus: Familiarity with regional subcontractor base
