Were seeking a detail-oriented P6 Scheduler with strong expertise in Primavera P6 to support our project controls and construction teams. The ideal candidate will develop, maintain, and monitor project schedulesensuring accurate, efficient timelines across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Create and integrate scope documents into logically linked, resource-loaded schedulesincluding engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
- Perform critical path and risk analysis; anticipate scheduling conflicts, propose mitigations, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
- Monitor progress, prepare progress reports, Earned Value Analysis (EVA), manpower histograms, and resource forecasts.
- Lead weekly schedule reviews and maintain clear, timely reports for stakeholders.
- Assist with cost control and forecasting, assessing change requests, and ensuring accurate budget and schedule impacts.
- Provide training and support to project staff on scheduling best practices and Primavera P6 usage.
- Ensure schedule compliance with contractual, safety, quality, and timeline requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of scheduling activities and revisions.
- Other related duties and projects as assigned
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Scheduling Experience:
- 57+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience, particularly for medium to large-scale construction, oil & gas, petrochemical, or renewables projects.
- Alternatively, 3+ years for some environments emphasizing automation, renewable energy, or internal support.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with Primavera P6 (including critical path method, baselines, S-curves), Microsoft Office; familiarity with EVA and resource loading preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities. Able to interpret complex data, present insights, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in:
- Cost forecasting, change control, report generation, stakeholder communication.
Preferred Certifications:
- PMI-SP, PMP, AACE, CMAA, or similar project controls credentials.

Pay- $ 84,000 - $ 110,000 /Annually *Depending on Experience
