Fabricator (Crew A) Pasco, WA

The Fabricator will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, operating machinery, and fabricating metal components to precise specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of metalworking techniques, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements.
• Set up and operate various fabrication machinery including but not limited to saws, drills, presses, and welders.
• Fabricate metal components using a variety of techniques such as cutting, bending, welding, and shaping.
• Inspect fabricated components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties.

High School Diploma / GED

• Proven experience as a Fabricator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of metalworking techniques and fabrication processes.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery such as saws, drills, presses, and welders.
• Ability to accurately measure and cut materials to precise specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Certification or training in metal fabrication or a related field is preferred.
