Looking for a part time freelance Architectural designer for a small architectural firm. The applicant will have the opportunity to work on various project types on Long Island. You will be working remotely from home on a per project basis.
- Applicants must have an Architecture Degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred).
- Applicants must have 2-3 years minimum experience preparing construction drawings for residential and small commercial projects.
- The job will require survey and documentation of existing conditions, preparation of existing condition drawings, preparation of design drawings and preparation of construction drawings. Some projects in the construction administration phase will require site visits.
