Architectural Drafting & Field Services

Consulting firm is seeking a consultant for architectural drafting and site surveys. Qualifications of interested individuals are as follows:

- Architectural degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum 7 years of continued professional experience in the NYC area.
- Understanding of NYC Construction Codes.
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- Ability to perform site surveys and preparation of as-built conditions.
- Proven experience in small to mid-size residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to legally work in the USA.
