POSITION OBJECTIVE

Premier is hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead and mature field operations across all job sites. This leader will be responsible for mentoring field staff, building scalable processes, managing scheduling and job site execution, and contributing to the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring deep superintendent experience, a hands-on leadership style, and a passion for growing people and processes. This role is both strategic and tactical, and will relieve and support the owner in his current field oversight duties.

POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, manage, and develop all field personnel

Create and oversee job site schedules and safety compliance

Direct field team meetings and maintain alignment with office staff

Document and improve field processes and systems

Serve as a member of the senior leadership team

Provide hands-on support to job sites when needed

Oversee job site quality and execution standards

Ensure effective communication and documentation across teams

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

20+ years in commercial construction; 10+ years as a superintendent

Design-Build experience preferred

Strong leadership presence and a builders mindset

Prior experience mentoring teams and managing field operations

Experience in Middle TN market preferred

Able to own both high-level planning and on-the-ground execution
