Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting the overall maintenance and functionality of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent management abilities, and a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Manage and supervise support personnel including skilled trades and subcontractors.
- Investigate, plan, manage, and implement projects as directed by site management.
- Conduct safe operating tours to ensure proper facility operation.
- Communicate regularly with building occupants regarding project statuses and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain organized work areas.
What's Needed?
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of industry experience in a supervisory role.
- Must have experience leading a team in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills in mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Experience working in a unionized environment.
