Senior Healthcare Superintendent

Are you an experienced construction leader with a strong background in ground-up healthcare projects ? We’re seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale healthcare facility builds in Charleston, SC .

This role offers the opportunity to lead high-profile projects, work alongside a dedicated team, and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of ground-up healthcare construction projects, from sitework through completion.

• Lead and manage field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory codes specific to healthcare facilities.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and owners to drive successful project delivery.

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and clear communication to field teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of superintendent experience with proven expertise in ground-up healthcare construction .

• Strong knowledge of healthcare-specific requirements, codes, and construction practices.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects and deliver on time and on budget.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Location Flexibility

• Based in or open to relocating to Charleston, SC , or

• Willing to travel to Charleston for the duration of the project.
