Our client, a leader in facility management and engineering, is seeking a CE Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical 3 to join their team. As a CE Facility Support Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting critical infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: CE Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical 3
Location: onsite - Hoffman Estates, IL
Pay: $44 - $49/hour + Benefits & PTO
Day Shift A: 10-hrs (Sun-Wed) & (Sun-Tue)
What's the Job?
- Able to complete all tasks in a CE Tech Level 1 and Level 2.
- Perform Chiller method of procedure (MOP) if the system is down to N level of redundancy.
- Execute Chilled water pump MOP if the system is down to N level of redundancy.
- Conduct Computer-room air handler (CRAH) MOP if the system is down to N level of redundancy.
- Utilize building management systems (EPMS) effectively.
What's Needed?
- All candidates must hold an OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification.
- Experience with electrical systems in high availability environments such as data centers, hospitals, or manufacturing.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of applied learning experience in technical fields (e.g., automotive, electrical, controls, data center).
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
