Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and validation of new products, ensuring alignment with performance and quality standards
- Conduct hardware testing with embedded software/firmware using tools such as JTAG interfaces, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes
- Ensure successful transition of new designs into production environments
- Develop and execute test plans to verify compliance with product specifications
- Perform validation, verification, and qualification testing, with attention to power quality, system interfaces, and environmental factors
- Work independently while effectively communicating and coordinating with cross-functional teams
Required Skills
- Electrical engineering expertise in power systems (AC/DC, high voltage)
- Proficiency with test equipment and electronic testing methodologies
- Experience in design and development of systems involving generators, batteries, and electrical wiring
- Familiarity with power engines and aircraft power systems, particularly in aerospace applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with aircraft support equipment (testing and development)
- 10+ years of experience in electrical power engineering
