- Lead a transportation team and secure transportation projects for cities, counties, and MNDOT companies.
- Create marketing and bid packages, submit to RFPs, attend client meetings, and engage in business development.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, overseeing technical and design phases, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Hire and mentor new and existing team members.
- Collaborate with company leadership to drive results and achieve company goals.
- 5+ years of project management and business development experience.
- 10+ years of transportation experience within the industry in Minnesota.
- 10+ years of roadway/highway design experience.
- Proficiency in civil engineering and MicroStation design.
- Previous project management role with existing relationships at MNDOT or with city/county officials.
- Involvement in professional organizations within the industry.
This is a Permanent position based out of Roseville, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/yr.Health, dental, and vision Insurance.Short- and long-term disability and life insurance.
