Now Hiring: Commercial HVAC Technicians (Mid & Senior Level)

Were hiring Commercial HVAC Technicians at both Mid-Level and Senior-Level to join our team in the Pflugerville or Round Rock area. Whether you have a few years of solid commercial service experience or youre a seasoned pro ready to lead, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do:
Troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems (rooftop units, split systems, chillers, etc.)
Perform preventative maintenance and ensure equipment runs efficiently
Document service work and communicate with clients
Senior techs: mentor junior technicians and take lead on complex jobs

What Were Looking For:
Mid-Level: 5-7 years of commercial HVAC service experience
Senior-Level: 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience + leadership ability
Strong knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and controls
EPA certification preferred
Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Pay & Benefits:
Pay: $25$40+/hr DOE (with overtime opportunities)
