What will you do?

  • Lead and coach a team of sales professionals serving contractors, consulting engineers, and distributors.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
  • Act as the face of Schneider Electric in the market—building executive relationships and guiding complex pursuits.
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer satisfaction and business success.
  • Contribute to national sales strategy and initiatives.

What do you bring?

  • Proven leadership in construction or contracting sales, with a track record of coaching high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of electrical distribution, digital technologies, and automation solutions.
  • Strong industry presence and ability to build executive-level relationships.
  • Experience with CRM systems, forecasting, and KPI-driven performance management.
  • A hands-on leader who balances strategic vision with active engagement in day-to-day sales efforts.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • University or College degree (MBA is an asset).
  • 3+ years in senior sales leadership roles.
  • Background in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Financial acumen and business planning experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approx. 15-20% outside of GTA, including occasional overnight trips across Canada and North America.
