We re hiring a skilled AV Project Manager with residential audio video integration and technical field experience to lead the successful delivery of high-end residential and commercial technology systems. If you're passionate about building sophisticated AV environments and enjoy working closely with technicians, designers, contractors, and high-end clients, this role is for you.
What You ll Be Doing
As our AV Project Manager, you ll take ownership of projects from concept to completion coordinating trades, supervising technicians, and ensuring systems are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Your Key Responsibilities Include

  • Leading full-cycle management of AV integration projects, including smart home systems, lighting control, security, networking, and home theaters.
  • Collaborating with sales, engineering, and install teams to review scopes, drawings, labor estimates, and schedules.
  • Conducting site walks, job meetings, and coordinating with general contractors, interior designers, architects, and consultants.
  • Managing change orders, schedules, purchase orders, job costing, and project documentation using iPoint or similar CRM systems.
  • Tracking labor productivity, deliveries, and overall project profitability.
  • Overseeing compliance with building codes, inspections, and permitting processes.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project life cycle.

Must-Have Qualifications
What We re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience managing residential AV projects or similar technical roles in the integration industry.
  • Hands-on technical or technician experience in AV system installation or service.
  • Deep understanding of AV systems, installation workflows, and on-site coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, floor plans, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with iPoint, D-Tools, or other AV project management tools.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.

Ideal Attributes

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills able to drive collaboration across departments and in the field.
  • Highly organized and proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • Ability to bridge technical expertise with client-facing professionalism.
  • PMP certification a plus, but not required.
  • Working knowledge of permitting, inspections, and jobsite safety practices.
