Were looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. Youll be responsible for supporting construction projects by performing a variety of physical tasks, assisting skilled tradespeople, and maintaining a safe and efficient job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards
• Operate basic hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, shovels)
• Support skilled workers
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Perform general maintenance and site cleanup
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and take direction, follow instructions and work in a team
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Previous labor experience a plus but not required
• Must be safety-conscious and team-oriented
