Job Summary:

Responsibilities: 12+Years experinece

• Design and implement user interfaces using React and Angular frameworks, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Oversee the entire UI/UX design process, from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior designers and developers.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of UI components with server side logic.
• Document design specifications and guidelines for future reference and consistency.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in UI development.

Mandatory Skills

• Expertise in UI and interface design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in React and Angular frameworks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of end to end system architecture, including UI, backend, and private cloud.
• Strong understanding of user centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with additional UI frameworks and libraries.
• Experience in agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud services and deployment strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Proven track record of leading design projects from inception to completion.
