Skilled Laborer

This position requires a hands-on individual capable of performing excavation, concrete work, conduit and cable installations, and site clearing. Note: The hourly rate for this position is $26 - $26 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Assist in steel fabrication by handling, and installation of steel components on site
• Operate hand and power tools to cut, grind, and prep steel materials
• Support site clearing operations performing trenching and manual excavation
• Coordinate with electricians and technicians when supporting in pulling, routing, and securing cables per plans to expedite cabling installation
• Perform site clearing, debris and obstruction removal from construction areas

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction or related skilled labor field
• Familiarity with steel fabrication processes preferred
• Experience with conduit and cable installations in commercial or industrial settings
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and specifications
• Proficient with construction tools, machinery, and safety practices
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
