Commercial Framing Carpenter

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking Experienced Framing carpenters to assist our Commercial contractors with upcoming contract work in Lake City, FL. and the surrounding area. We?re not looking for flakes. This is for tradespeople who know their craft, show up every day ready to work, and take responsibility for what they build. You?ll be installing mezzanine decks in a cold storage facility, where precision, safety, and consistency matter. In this full-time role, you can earn up to $35/hour, enjoy weekly pay, and health insurance benefits. Note: The hourly rate for this position is $27 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• HOURS: 5 X 8's
• Frame and install mezzanine deck systems in a cold storage environment
• Safely cut, fasten, and install insulated panels and rigid board assemblies
• Apply and finish spray foam and vapor barrier systems to spec
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specs
• Work efficiently on overnight shifts while meeting production and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years? of paid / verifiable carpentry or framing experience in commercial/industrial settings
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be eligible to work in the United States Able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Have knowledge of OSHA safety standards and proper PPE use
• Be reliable?show up every day, on time, and ready to work
• Have full PPE, and tools of the trade and be able to bring them to work daily
