Job Opportunity: Bilingual Foreman (English/Spanish)
Location: Denver Metro Area (travel to job sites required)
Full-Time | MondayFriday (occasional weekends as needed)
Our maintenance and construction services company is seeking a dependable and driven Foreman to oversee multiple crews and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, experienced in leading teams, and thrives on structure, accountability, and results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead morning crew meetings: assign tasks, review safety protocols, and communicate daily expectations (English & Spanish)
Ensure all company trucks are fueled, stocked, and loaded with tools, materials, and safety gear before crews depart
Drive daily to projects to check on crews, verify work quality, and confirm deadlines are being met
Track daily work hours, productivity, and site progress for reporting
Maintain accountability: enforce attendance, performance, and safety standards
Communicate clearly with ownership and crews to resolve issues on-site quickly
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
Assist in training and mentoring crew members for consistent quality and performance
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to keep jobs on schedule
Travel outside the Denver metro area when projects require (overnight stays may be needed)
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience as a Foreman, Crew Leader, or Supervisor in construction, landscaping, or facilities maintenance
Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing crews
Ability to make firm decisions and hold teams accountable even when not popular
Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and adapt to changing job demands
Must provide prior managerial references that will be verified
Preferred Skills (a plus, not required)
Experience with project documentation, or reporting
Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations
