We specialize in residential roofing systems, including concrete tile, asphalt shingles, cedar, and metal. Our projects span multimillion-dollar custom homes and multi-unit residential developments. We are looking for an experienced Residential Roofing Foreman to join our year-round team on the islands of Kauai, Maui, and Oahu. This position is ideal for professionals with strong leadership, communication, and roofing skills who are ready to relocate and lead high-end residential projects. Housing assistance is available for qualified candidates.

• Lead, supervise, and work alongside residential roofing crews
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to schedules
• Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
• Ensure all work meets local building codes and company standards

• Minimum 2+ years of recent residential roofing experience
• Proven experience managing teams and overseeing projects
• U.S. citizen or valid work visa
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check (no recent DUIs or felonies)
• Physically capable of lifting 80+ lbs and working on roofs/ladders
• English proficiency preferred

• $90K$115K+ annual salary (based on experience)
• Weekly pay + overtime after 40 hours
