Licensed Roofing Crews Needed $475 Per Square

We are a home improvement company selling residential roofs and we need to add another crew to subcontract our jobs out to. We are looking for an additional crew with the ability to install 2-4 roofs per month. You must be licensed and insured with a clean CSLB record. The only roof type we sell to our customers is Owens Corning Duration shingles. All off our jobs are same shingle we dont do tile. We pay $475 a square labor and materials (owens corning duration shingles) for the basic project, plus extras of course. Basic project is single layer tear off and haul away, starter row, ice and water barrier at valleys, deck defense underlayment, drip edge, install Owens Corning Duration Shinges. We also reimburse cost of permit plus extra $100. We pay for extras also such as extra layers and wood replacement. 2-4 times a month you will get an email with a job you can go install and make great money consistantly.
If your crews work is good we will have a very long and profitable relationship doing lots of jobs for years. Super simple and super profitable. We want clean work and good communication thats it.
