Project Manager - Construction

About the Role:

The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in project planning, coordination, and execution while serving as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and the internal project team.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination

• Review project plans and specifications, ensuring work aligns with scope and client expectations

• Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, engineers, and field staff

• Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions proactively

• Support preconstruction efforts such as estimating, bids, and proposals

• Foster a collaborative and positive project culture that supports long-term client relationships
