Investors Title is looking for a Senior Project Manager who believes in agile values and has a passion for process optimization and driving efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects from inception to completion. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.

What You'll Do: Position Highlights

• Manage internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects
• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost by documenting requested changes, assessing impact, and preparing appropriate documentation
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Actively build and manage relationships with teams, business partners, leadership, relevant stakeholders and vendors.
• Drive alignment and ensure a shared understanding among diverse stakeholder groups, taking full ownership of cross-functional coordination
• Foster a highly collaborative project environment across business and technical teams

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with commonly used project management methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and navigate organizational complexity
• Skilled in facilitating discussions, resolving conflicts, and driving consensus

Desired Qualifications

• PMI-ACP, Scrum, or SAFe certification
• Experience managing complex technical projects
• Experience in title insurance, real estate, or mortgage banking industries and/or software
