The Role
We're looking for an Associate Project Manager to be the go-to person for vendor and customer due diligence, performance monitoring, and compliance support. You'll help onboard new vendors, manage compliance tools, support customer requests, and make sure Coviance stays ahead of risk and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do
- Manage vendor and customer due diligence (onboarding, annual reviews, ad hoc requests)
- Keep compliance platforms (Venminder, Drata) updated with documentation
- Monitor vendor SLAs and escalate issues when needed
- Partner with Customer Success to resolve vendor-related issues
- Maintain vendor lists, agreements, and cost documentation
- Stay on top of industry and regulatory updates
What You'll Bring
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, vendor coordination, or compliance support
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with tools (Venminder, Drata, Tableau/Sigma) a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities
- Strong communicator who enjoys cross-team collaboration
