About the Role
We are looking for a driven Revenue Operations Manager to take ownership of our GTM systems and processes as we scale. This role sits at the center of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance helping the entire company run faster and smarter. You'll design, optimize, and manage the infrastructure that fuels growth, from lead routing and pipeline management to reporting, forecasting, and incentive structures.
The ideal candidate is a HubSpot power user with a strong grasp of the evolving GTM tech stack. This role offers the opportunity to design and scale critical systems as a builder, operator, and trusted partner to leadership during Hatch's rapid growth.
Who You Are
Strong analytical skills: fluent in cohort modeling, CAC payback analysis, magic number metrics, and GTM funnel conversion math.
Clear, compelling communicator who thrives in cross-functional settings.
Action-oriented with a bias for speed, and able to stay composed and decisive under pressure.

What You'll Do
Build and refine GTM systems for lead routing, pipeline management, and commission plan execution to support rapid scaling.
Manage and evolve the RevOps tech stack, ensuring seamless integration of multiple tools into HubSpot.
Conduct periodic reviews and audits of revenue processes to ensure compliance, identify gaps, and optimize workflows.
Design and roll out training programs for sales enablement and effective RevOps tool usage.
Ensure RevOps systems and processes scale effectively as the team grows in size and complexity.
Align sales data and planning directly with executive leadership and board-level objectives.
Must Have
5+ years in RevOps, BizOps, or GTM Strategy roles within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
Advanced expertise with HubSpot and related revenue tools.
History of building a RevOps function from the ground up.
Track record of supporting companies through major scaling phases (e.g., $10M to $100M+ ARR).
Passion for exploring how AI processes and agents can replace manual work and unlock efficiency.
