Sr. Development Manager

Job Description

My client based out of Washington DC is seeking a sr. Development manager to oversee entire multi-family projects from initial site assessment through construction completion. Their day to day responsibilities will include site investigations and working with the acquisitions team, lead the entitlements process, and select the needed subcontractors for the project

• bachelors degree

• 5+ years development experience in multi-family/low-income housing markets

-LIHTC experience null
