- Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on both ground-up and fit-out construction.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Implement value engineering practices to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Proficiency in managing level 5 finishes and interior fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of grid ceilings, fire caulking, and drywall systems.
- Expertise in metal framing and acoustic requirements.
- Familiarity with construction tools and software such as Bluebeam and Procore.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Safety certifications, including OSHA 10.
