Job Description

This position involves welding and grinding door frames. No previous professional experience is required if you have welded at home or are from a school program. Initially, you will focus on grinding to learn the standards of quality, eventually transitioning to a dual role in welding and grinding.

Responsibilities

• Weld and grind door frames efficiently.

• Begin with grinding tasks to understand quality standards.

• Transition into welding while continuing grinding duties.

• Perform tasks as a split welder/grinder once fully trained.

Essential Skills

• Experience in grinding, assembly, and production.

• Ability to operate machines efficiently.

• Proficiency in MIG welding and fabrication.

• General labor skills related to welding and grinding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Production experience is beneficial.

• Ability to lift heavy objects is required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
