Job Title: Welder
Job Description
This position involves welding and grinding door frames. No previous professional experience is required if you have welded at home or are from a school program. Initially, you will focus on grinding to learn the standards of quality, eventually transitioning to a dual role in welding and grinding.
Responsibilities
Weld and grind door frames efficiently.
Begin with grinding tasks to understand quality standards.
Transition into welding while continuing grinding duties.
Perform tasks as a split welder/grinder once fully trained.
Essential Skills
Experience in grinding, assembly, and production.
Ability to operate machines efficiently.
Proficiency in MIG welding and fabrication.
General labor skills related to welding and grinding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Production experience is beneficial.
Ability to lift heavy objects is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
