ResourceMFG is hiring Welders in Lexington KY!!
Pay $20.00 and up Depending on Experience
- 1st shift (7a-3pm)
- 2nd shift (3p11pm)
- 3rd shift (11p-7am)
Job Duties for Mig Welder:
- Positions parts in jigs or fixtures
- Examines weld for bead size, breaks, and repairs broken/cracked metal parts
- Grinds off excess weld, slag, or splatter
- Use of various tools such as, grinder, torch, and other tools in welding
Job Qualifications for Mig Welder:
- Mig/Tig Welding experience No certificate required
- Must successfully complete Mig weld test
- Understand work instructions, blueprints, and various gauges
- Ability to understand work instructions and basic drawings
- Effectively communicate issues with management
