General Laborer - 1st Shift $16-17/HR Shift:1st Shift | Minimal Overtime | 7AM-3:30PM Environment: Family-like shop, casual attire Job Overview Join a hands-on team supporting the busy season in the saunas and hot tub departments. This role offers a chance to learn detailing and quality processes while rotating between departments. Key Responsibilities Learn detailing and quality checks for saunas and hot tubs Perform physical tasks: bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing for 8 hours Rotate between departments daily Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for full shifts 6 months-1 year experience with hand/power tools Attention to detail and material handling Bonus: Woodworking experience, forklift certification, table-saw operation Why You'll Love It Work-life balance with 1st shift hours Casual dress code Growth opportunities and pay increase after 6 months Be part of a smaller, close-knit team Work Conditions Warehouse in DeWitt: variable temperatures Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
