TIG Welder - Precision Manufacturing | Contract-to-Hire Location: Brooklyn Park About the Role Join a leading-edge manufacturing team specializing in high-precision TIG welding for hydraulic systems and custom metal fabrication. We're seeking a detail-oriented TIG Welder with expertise in turntable welding (foot-pedal control) to produce mission-critical components for industrial applications. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term stability and career growth in a high-volume production environment. Key Responsibilities Execute precision TIG welding on thin-wall round tubing(80% mild steel, 20% stainless steel) Perform turntable welding using foot-operated controls for pump liners, hydraulic manifolds, and custom tube assemblies Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure tight tolerances and quality standards Handle production runs averaging 50+ pieces with consistent weld integrity Collaborate with ahigh-performance fabrication team to meet strict deadlines Qualifications 2+ years of TIG welding experience or completion of a technical welding program Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment with overtime availability Proven reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills Work Environment Large-scale manufacturing facility(non-climate-controlled) 10-20 hours of overtime weeklyfor those seekingextra income Why Work With Us?
