Bala is seeking an ambitious degreed Electrical Engineer to join our Arlington, VA office who thrives on challenges and wants to grow their career. Suitable candidates should possess basic knowledge of and exposure to building design.

The basic requirements for this position include:

Bachelor s Degree (BSEE, BET)

3-6 years experience -relevant internship/co-op experience considered for recent graduates

EIT accreditation a plus

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

General knowledge of applicable codes

Strong technical writing skills

Good Communication, Presentation and client interface abilities
