Responsibilities:

Addressing the EDV Curb Side Door (CSD)Trim detachment issue (a top 10 EDV field concern).

Finalizing EDV CSD A-surface screw cap designs based on tool clearance and feature requirements, including alignment with the Design Studio.

Root-causing, containing, and resolving ongoing BSR issues in the FR/RR Door Trims (a top 10 R1 program field issue).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Significant experience with automotive Door Trim design and development.

Exceptional skills in root cause analysis to address complex field issues.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with the Design Studio on A-surface alignment.

A highly motivated, results-oriented individual with strong cross-functional project management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Experience holding Tier 1 suppliers accountable to committed timelines
