In the Associate Project Manager position, you'll support the successful execution of product development and improvement initiatives. Working across engineering, sourcing, marketing, and supply chain teams, you'll coordinate and track multiple projects while applying project management tools and best practices. This role plays a key part in driving cross-functional execution and supporting the launch of innovative products tailored for long-term care environments. What You'll Do and Impact: Manage product development and improvement projects under direction from and in collaboration with project managers, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution. Create project timelines utilizing software via a waterfall or agile methodology as applicable. Coordinate cross-functional activities across product engineering, marketing, sourcing, and supply chain with urgency to support project timelines and deliverables. Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including scopes, plans, schedules, and status reports. Collaborate with sourcing, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure product availability and readiness for distribution. Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and service offerings. Leverage AI to proactively monitor project progress, identify risks or blockers, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution. Assist in preparing project updates and presenting progress to internal stakeholders. Utilize AI to identify process improvement areas based on trailing 12 months of projects. Apply project management tools and methodologies to support successful project delivery, including visualization, decision making, and problem solving. Experience: Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, supply chain or other related degree 2-4 years of professional experience in project coordination, operations, product development, or a related field Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or product lifecycle processes, ideally through hands-on roles or internships Experience supporting cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, engineering, sourcing, logistics) Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or Planview Additional Items of Interest: Exposure to data-driven decision-making and monitoring performance metrics.
