Approximately 60% of the work will be cleaning tasks, with 40% involving outside yard labor such as landscaping and maintenance. ________________________________________ Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning of facilities, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. Conduct yard labor tasks including mowing grass, trimming, painting, and basic landscaping. Operate lawn mowers and other basic yard equipment. Lift and move materials as needed. Load and unload vehicles. Assist with digging, refilling holes, and other manual labor activities. Carry out additional duties and tasks as assigned.
