Qualifications and responsibilities for this Carpenter / Handyman position include: 5-10 years of experience in carpentry, framing, decks, home renovations, or handyman services Ability to complete kitchen and bathroom remodels, drywall, painting, and general home/commercial repairs Strong customer service and communication skills when working directly with homeowners and businesses Familiarity with basic plumbing and electrical repairs (cosmetic or light work where legally permitted) Proficiency in documenting jobs and using scheduling/technology systems (training provided on Service Titan) Reliability, respectfulness, and commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship on every project Must pass a background and driving record check; insurable for company vehicle use Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision while maintaining professionalism Salary : $66,000 - $93,600 per year, commensurate with experience.
