Position Summary The position will exist to provide fully functioning Journeyman level painting services including prep, prime, paint, match and mix. . Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate in the application materials: Experience Only: Four (4) years of full-time relevant experience in a commercial painting position. Includes patching, sanding, caulking, applying primer for the application of paint, stain and sealers to existing and new ceiling walls, soffits and other surfaces. Percentage Of Time 15% Job Duty Category Masking and Taping Duty/Responsibility Mask and tape surfaces in commercial and institutional remodel projects for appropriate application of applied paint, stains and sealers. Also to protect other surfaces not being painted and to minimize mists, overspray and clean up.
