Heavy Equipment Operator Pay - 25-35/hr Job Description We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for contract-to-hire positions in the Lancaster area and surrounding counties. The ideal candidates will have a robust background in operating various heavy machinery, including Excavators, Dozers, Loaders, and Backhoes, with at least 5 years of experience. Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery such as Excavators, Dozers, Loaders, and Backhoes efficiently and safely. Perform duties related to the excavation and construction process. Ensure the proper maintenance and care of equipment. Coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines are met. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
