Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Steel Division Manager position include: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in steel manufacturing, PEMB, industrial operations, or heavy industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven success in business development, customer relationship management, and contract negotiations. Build and lead a team of millwrights, project managers, and support staff to support the division's growth. Develop and execute sales strategies, proposals, and bids to grow the customer base and ensure profitability. Oversee division project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution. Work with the COO on strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management of the division. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, while implementing continuous improvement practices. Relocation to the Atlanta, GA area is required for this position. Salary : $125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
