Assistant Superintendent

LEC Properties seeks Assistant Superintendent for multifamily construction in Greensboro - Highpoint, North Carolina and Hilton Head Island - Bluffton-Beaufort, South Carolina. Duties: Prepare daily construction progress reports; Manage site safety compliance through daily audits, maintaining updated safety documentation, and subcontractor enforcement; Inspect construction sites; Conduct Storm Water Pollution Prevention audits, and address deficiencies for compliance; Supervise subcontractors, enforce quality control, oversee punch list tasks, and perform same if necessary; Manage LEC material control, including inventory and restocking; Ensure work site security; Review and inspect construction plans and implement necessary changes; and ability to undertake extended domestic travel periods lasting approximately six months per year. High school diploma and 2+ years in a supervisory role in multifamily construction and use of OSHA/building codes required, including Procore/MicroSoft Office experience. Ability to walk 10-30 acres and climb 5-story ladders needed. Extended travel up to 6 months per year is required.
